Sourced Development Group to submit pre-planning application for new apartment development in Liverpool 

Cheshire based Sourced Development Group are to submit a pre-planning application for a new residential scheme in

Liverpool, Carlton Court in early 2021.

 

This impressive development comprises 49 No. 2-Bed apartments, 25 No. 1-Bed DDA apartments and 168 No. 1-Bed

apartments, together with 190 sq.m of retail space. There will also be 85 private parking spaces alongside a cycle store made available.

The finished scheme will provide stunning views over Liverpool’s famous skyline and beyond.

 

As well as providing a significant number of new homes in the North West, Carlton Court is expected to provide valuable employment opportunities for local residents. A spokesperson said “Carlton Court will provide regenerative

and economic benefits to this area of Liverpool. The site has been derelict for a number of years so it is expected that the regeneration of the land and the construction of a modern, and elegant building will improve the local aesthetic and benefit the local community whilst providing business opportunities and residential dwellings for single occupiers and families alike”.

The proposed Carlton Court development will be built on the corner of West Derby Road and Green Lane directly opposite St Johns Church and within walking distance of Newsham Park and Gardens. Carlton Court has a GDV of approximately £36M.

 

It is hoped that works will commence in July 2021. Sourced Development Group have a number of other schemes

underway including Kingsway Square and Derby Court in Liverpool alongside Regent Plaza in Manchester.
