The combined GDV of the developments is approximately £270M.

• Kingsway Square, Paul Street - Liverpool

• Derby Court, Farnworth Street - Liverpool

• Carlton Court - West Derby Road, Liverpool

Nationwide offer a wide range of management and services including: Installation and operation of Alarm and CCTV systems, Accredited Security Guards, Concierge Services, Mobile Patrols, Banksmen and Gatemen, Drone Security as well as Fever Screening and Bio Metric Turnstiles.
